If anything, with the prospect of the Transport Innovation Fund around the corner, there hasn't been a more important time for a blog based on the Greater Manchester transport scene.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I speak as a bit of a transport enthusiast, but in a way, that enthusiasm stems from the fact that I rely on the bus and the train - I'm a regular Joe Passenger more than anything else. Manchester Buses blog adds some much needed context between the dry political slant of the GMPTE website and the technical efficiency of the enthisiast mailing lists.
