SCEE problem is they do not answer the public in a resonable matter. The always submit an official answer that seems more like copy & past.

That's true. Sony should just accept the credit cards because they are making money. The reason they don't is because the American Playstation Store items are released under a certain copyright or use. Sony can't release a product on the world market if it is not licensed or allowed by the country.

My friend does buy PS cards for Japan on Ebay and buys his stuff that way. He has a Japanese PS3 and wants to play some games only released in Japan's PS Store.

That's becoming harder and harder - 'Virtual credit cards' you can by online are being blocked by Sony now.

Europe is always getting shafted by video game corporations. Nintendo takes forever to localize English to the UK and has months of delays. Microsoft delays their products to Europe. Sony is probably the best of the three and it's not as if Europeans can't go on the US Playstation Store and download the game with a US credit card.

Sony certainly does seem in a mess these days. To put another perspective on the Playstation phone thing, though - maybe the Playstation team realise that Sony Ericsson's current designs would damage the Playstation brand? As Nokia's N-Gage platform has shown over the past 12 months, mobile gaming is difficult to pull off successfully...

The Playstation store in the UK gets updated every Thursday. Since Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix was released in America, I've got home from work on most Thursdays, turned on my PS3, and visited the store... nothing. Searching the Internet for answers is a futile exercise.

I can't help thinking of the moment when the delay of GTA IV was announced. The gaming world was absolutely gutted, but Rockstar were open and honest. Armed with detailed knowledge (that to summarise meant the game simply wasn't finished), gamers completely agreed that it was the right thing to do. 6 patient, but understanding months later, they were playing one of the best games ever made and everybody was happy.

Unfortunately, this is to be expected from Sony.

Only last week, news broke about Sony preventing Sony Ericsson from making the PSP phone .

A house divided against itself will fall.

With Sony, it’s only a matter of time, I fear.
