    I have the same problem, the way I solved it, I just opened for now a second truphone account. I believe they will FIX this as quickly as they can, please understand that we are offering a GLOBAL service and that we are doing our best to work as hard as possible to enable as many people on the globe as quickly as possible to jump on the truphone network

    Hi Alexander, thanks for such a speedy comment from one of Truphone's founders! I understand there are bound to be teething problems - it's just frustrating that existing users can't just jump on with their existing account.
    The problem with setting up another account is that you can only have one account per phone number, and I only have one number! Ah well, hopefully it will be sorted soon.

    We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, however we are working around the clock to ensure that all requests for Truphone account closures are completed ASAP.

    It's a really simple process, we close the Truphone account and this allows you to sign up again with your mobile/cell number. This number will then become your Truphone number, so your Truphone calls will present your mobile/cell number as your CLI.

    Our technicians are working really hard to find a resolution to this issue and to develop a more seamless experience for our valued Truphone customers.... watch this space!!
